It’s week three of a seven-week journey as Longa Travels Productions attends the Draper University entrepreneurial program. Because of the rigorous curriculum and course schedule, food essays and writings will be on hold until the program ends.

Right now we’re in “survival week,” a rigorous week of self defense classes, ballistics & firearms training, wilderness survival and, of course, no wifi. (I prescheduled for this blog post to publish today even though I wrote it days ago when I still had wifi.)

However, don’t fear. For the next several weeks we’ll devour our #FoodFridays with a feast of images and food p0rn.
